We’re heading into Pennsylvania for a new RV adventure—and this trip turned out to have a little bit of everything.

Our home base is a Harvest Host winery and distillery in the Laurel Highlands, where we settle in before exploring the area. From there, we visit the Flight 93 National Memorial, spend time exploring Ohiopyle, discover Cucumber Falls, take in the views from Baughman Rock, and tour the famous Fallingwater.

Along the way, there are beautiful places, good food and drinks, a few RV-life surprises, and some moments that are a little more meaningful than we expected.

This is one of those trips that reminded us that traveling in an RV isn't always about getting from one destination to the next. Sometimes the unexpected stops—and the people, history, and stories behind them—end up being the parts you remember most.
